Alans Alania is an Iranian nomadic tribe located in and above the Caucasus. Alania is playable from 2 to 650, and from 1048 to 1236. Alania is conquered twice: first in 650 by the Khazars Khazars, and then in 1236 by Mongolia Mongolia.

In the year 2, Alania borders the File:Sarmatians.png Sarmatians to the northwest, the File:Siraces.png Siraces to the west, and Pontus Pontus to the south.
