General Information[]
Belgium, at its start, is a Catholic Walloon constitutional monarchy located in the Flanders, Netherlands, Wallonia and Liege areas, Low Countries region of the Western Europe subcontinent. Gaining cores on August 25, 1830, the monarchy emerges from the Reformed Netherlands on July 21, 1831, borders fellow Catholic Revolutionary France and Luxembourg south, Protestant Prussia east, Reformed Netherlands northeast and the waters of the Cost of Holland (North Sea area, North Atlantic region).
When it emerges it is at war with the Netherlands, annexed by Secular Germany on May 28, 1940, break away from Germany on May 8, 1945 and stays on-map to the present day.

History[]
Belgium became independent because of a Belgian Revolution on the October 4th, 1830. The Catholic people in the south of the United Provinces did the Revolution. Belgium was internationally recognized on the April 19th, 1839.
