Bhutan is a country located in the Tibetan region just north of the Indian subcontinent. What makes Bhutan unique is that it can be played from the earliest start (Roman-Parthian War) and the latest start (Present Day). The other three countries that can do this are Nepal, Maldives, and Armenia.
