Strategy
Dominica has the same, simple strategy that most of the other Caribbean island nations have: fabricate, declare war, annex, but with a twist! There is another nation that claims to be "Dominican" and a "Republic" near by. This so called 
Dominican Republic thinks that Dominica is just parroting them. They are clearly wrong and you need to assert authority by showing them who the TRUE Dominicans are. Those fools don't even control their entire island! It's time for some Dominican Domination! Let the Parrot Spread its Wings!
