Lüneburg is a Catholic Lower Saxon feudal monarchy of the HRE located in the Lower Saxony area, North Germany region of the Western Europe subcontinent. The monarchy emerges from Catholic Brunswick in 1268, gaining their cores, bordering fellow Catholic Brunswick to the south, Brandenburg to the east, Mecklenburg to the northeast, Saxony. Hamburg to the north. and Verden to the west.
Lüneburg will be annexed by Protestant Hanover on August 28, 1705, no longer be a HRE member on July 9, 1807, loses their cores by 1900 and never appears on-map again.
