General Information[]
Lorraine, at its start, is a Catholic Burgundian feudal monarchy located in the Lorraine area, France region of the Western Europe subcontinent. The monarchy emerges from Catholic Lotharingia in 959, gaining their cores, bordering fellow Catholic Bar to the west, Burgundy to the south, Swabia to the east, The Palatinate to the northeast, Trier to the north. and Lotharingia to the northwest.
Lorraine joins the HRE on February 2, 962.
The monarchy will be annexed into Burgundy on November 30, 1475, Lorraine will break free from the fractured Burgundy on January 5, 1477, It is annexed by Catholic France in 1670, Lorraine will break free from French control in on September 20, 1679, It is finally re-annexed by France in 1766, keeping their cores and never appear on-map again.
