Decisions are a set of choices a nation can make if certain conditions are met. Each decision has consequences, which can be both positive and negative. A nation is never forced to take a decision. The mod adds some new decisions mainly related to conversion to religions (added in each religion's own page), new nations (added in those nations' own pages) and new governments, the latter ones listed below.
