Orleans, at its start, is a

Francia on November 27, 511, with 
cores, bordering fellow Chalcedonian 
Soissons and

Burgundy and east, and 
Neustria and 
Vannes north, and the waters of Quiberon Bay (Bay of Biscay area, North Atlantic region) west.
Orleans will be annexed by Neustria and Soissons on May 1, 524, break from Francia again on November 29, 561, be annexed by Austrasia on March 28, 592, break from Austrasia in 595, be annexed by Austrasia in 612, after a long time, in 1344, Orleans breaks from 
Catholic 
France as their vassal and finaly be re-annexed by France in May 3rd, 1574 and never apearing on map again.
