Rwanda, at its start, is a

tribal monarchy located in the Rwanda area, Central Africa region of the Africa continent. The tribe emerges from uncolonized native land in 1081, with 
cores, bordering uncolonized native land in every direction, waters of Lake Kivu north and Lake Tangayika south.

History[]
Rwanda was a colony of 
Germany before WW1, and a colony of Belgium after WW1 and until 1962. Rwanda is most infamously known today for the Rwandan Genocide, which occurred after the deaths of Rwandan President Juvénal Habyarimana and Burundian President Cyprien Ntaryamira on April 6, 1994.
