Westphalia Westphalia is a German kingdom that was formed by Napoleon Bonaparte during the Napoleonic Wars after Hannover Hannover and the Holy Roman Empire Holy Roman Empire were dissolved in 1807. Even though Westphalia is playable for a rather short time (July 9th, 1807-August 13th 1813), it can be formed by most nations with Westphalian or Rhenish as a primary culture.
